Everything You Need to Know About Return Policies at Beauty Stores

It's official: The season of gifting has turned into the season of... returning. Whether you got two of the same palette—though having a backup for Naked 3 wouldn't be a bad idea—or were gifted a fragrance that's just not your style, plenty of beauty stores have your back and willingly accept returns or exchanges (though in all cases, it's best if you can get a receipt from the original gifter). Here, we've rounded up the policies at four of our favorite retailers.

Sephora

If you've got a receipt, simply bring it along with your item—be it unopened or "gently used"—to a Sephora store within 30 days. The gifter can get a refund, or you can opt for credit in the form of a gift card. If it's past 30 days since purchase or you don't have a receipt, it's strictly store credit.

Everything You Need to Know About Return Policies at Beauty Stores

Ulta

Bring in an item along with a gift receipt, and you'll receive store credit for the full price—as long as it's within 60 days. If it's past that period, or if you don't have a receipt, you'll receive store credit in the amount of the current lowest selling price of the item. (Either way, the item must contain at least 75% of its contents.)

Whether you've used an item or not, Beauty allows you to return within 30 days from when it was first delivered. (Whether you receive a refund or site credit is up to you and the original gifter.) For the holiday season, they've extended that period—anything purchased on or after Nov. 11, 2015 may be returned up until Jan. 31, 2016.

Nordstrom

Believe it or not, Nordstrom doesn't have an official return policy and instead opts to work on a case-by-case basis. Their customer service is known for being extra-accomodating, so bring your item in and explain the situation at hand.

Nicki minnal and week mill fuel wedding rumors on twitter

Nicki Minaj may have recently dispelled rumors suggesting that she and Meek Mill are engaged, but it appears Minaj is still adding fuel to those rumors after taking to Twitter to ask fans for help in deciding between two different types of wedding venues on Sunday.

“RT for beach wedding. Fave for church wedding,” Nicki Minaj wrote on her personal Twitter account, prompting fans to weigh-in by either retweeting Nicki’s original tweet to show their preference for a beach wedding or choosing the favorite button to show support for a church wedding,

While Nicki Minaj didn’t clarify whether or not the venue selection would be intended for her own rumored nuptials to Meek Mill, or if she was simply asking for a friend, it didn’t take long for Nicki’s post to draw in thousands of responses from followers.

Currently, Nicki’s post has garnered nearly 10,000 retweets in support of a beach wedding and nearly 8,000 favorites in favor of a church wedding.

Nicki Minaj fuels engagement rumors with Meek Mill on Twitter.

While Minaj recently denied being engaged to boyfriend Meek Mill, fans wasted no time in speculating whether or not the duo will be walking down the aisle in the near future.

The news comes just weeks after Nicki Minaj opened up about her ongoing relationship with the Philly rapper in an interview with Billboard, telling the magazine that while Meek Mill has given her two diamond rings since the beginning of their relationship, neither ring is intended to serve as an engagement ring.

When asked about her newest ring, which was gifted to her by Meek Mill for her birthday, Nicki Minaj told the mag, “Meek gave me that. He and I are not engaged. But he said he would like to give me three rings before we get married.”

Nicki later admitted to the publication that while she isn’t sure “what’s going to happen with [Meek] and I” in the future, Minaj did reveal that she and Meek Mill are “really, really enjoying each other’s company.”

The marriage rumors were further fueled after Meek Mill recently confessed to a judge that Nicki “would not marry a criminal or a bum” after he was found to have been violating the terms of his probation stemming from a 2009 gun and drug conviction, TMZ reports.

Two months earlier, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill ignited both engagement and pregnancy rumors after reports began suggesting that the duo were house hunting together in Los Angeles. According to Vibe, Minaj and Meek Mill placed a bid on a nine-bedroom home located in the Hollywood Hills, but sources close to Nicki later shot down the engagement and baby claims.

While Minaj has yet to respond to the newly resurfaced engagement rumors, Nicki previously reassured fans that she wouldn’t have a baby with Meek Mill until they were officially married.

“No matter wut he, or anyone else says, Onika Tanya Maraj won’t b pushing anyone1 out her vajayjay, until she’s married,” Nicki wrote on Twitter in response to pregnancy rumors that surfaced earlier this year, “Now check that.”

As for her future plans to have children, Nicki Minaj confessed to Complex earlier this year that she would be “disappointed” if she didn’t have a baby before completing a fifth album.

“If I’m done with my fifth album and I don’t have a child by then, no matter how much money I have, I would be disappointed, as a woman, because I feel like I was put here to be a mother,” Minaj explained.

What do you think of Nicki Minaj’s tweet? Are she and Meek Mill planning to get married soon?

How to wear red with style

Call it cherry, ruby or scarlet, red is the colour to wear now.

With your social calendar looking busy with festive and year-end celebrations around the corner, it's time to put your best foot forward and red exactly helps you do that. It's that one zesty colour that extends your summer wardrobe into winter, flattering all skin tones and mixing with brights and neutrals alike. What's more? Red calls for a lot of attention, so you can expect many eyeballs glaring at you.

Women in red

If you are not used to wearing red, begin including the colour red in small doses. For instance, try wearing a red blouse or a red broach, or carry a red clutch or bag with your neutral attire. Don't try to mix and match your red coloured outfit with bright colours like yellow or green. You'll end up looking like a Christmas tree. "If there's red on your outfit, don't splash red on your face as well as nails. If you have to, either wear a crimson pout or go with a matching red nails; never do both at the same time. Planning to wear a red lipstick? Make sure to whiten your teeth as reds can make them look more yellow," says beauty expert Uday Shirali. Red pumps look great with a red dress, but only if you can carry them with elan. If you aren't quite sure about a top-to-bottom red look, pick stilletos in metallic shades of gold or silver and even animal prints, as they work very well with a red dress. If nothing really works for you, classic black pumps are your safest bet.

Opt for a red dress with a classic fit. Cut out details are in vogue; they show a hint of skin and, at the same time, break the red in your outfit. You could choose a long gown, or an A-line knee-length dress or just a classic pencil skirt, but keep it tantalisingly sexy without showing too much cleavage. Keep jewellery minimal by following the rule 'less is more.' So, pick an elegant neckpiece or a pair of chunky chandelier earrings.

Men can wear it too

Let's start with the biggest statement a man can make: the red suit. Pick one in a rich berry shade or may be a tomato red. This will make sure you don't look like a modern version of Santa Claus. If you're not ready to go the whole hog with a suit, a red blazer will make an excellent statement addition to your smart-casual wardrobe. Stick to a classic two-button notch lapel design and look for styles crafted from lightweight jersey, cotton or breathable linen-blends to ensure comfort. "Whether you opt for a bright two-piece or subdued number, remember to keep the accompanying pieces pared-down and muted - think a crisp white shirt/tee and simple monochrome derbies/trainers," says designer Anuj Madaan. Don't go overboard with the accessories; a solid dark tie or white silk pocket square will suffice.

For men, red proves to be a colour of confidence. So, use the charming colour to woo your woman this Christmas. Pick a blazer in apple red and pair it with black trousers to balance it out. Make sure your shoes match the colour of your trousers. Too many colours will ruin the look. Finish with a classic watch.

Let's Say Our Goodbyes To These Terrible Beauty Trends Of 2015

Who doesn't love a good beauty trend? This year we celebrated a slew of looks, new and old. "Bronde" became a thing, platinum hair made a comeback and simple nail designs joined them to make waves on the runways.

That being said, there were some trends that came into our lives that we would rather not see in the new year. Sorry, not sorry, but frosted lipstick didn't really make a convincing comeback. Oh, and that Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge? Let's just say those horrifying results are just one reason to side-eye any Internet phenomenon.

So, before we toast to 2016, let's say our goodbyes to the beauty trends and rid our souls of clip-on man buns. Take a look at the seven trends we're dropping in 2016, and don't forget to add your suggestions in the comments below.

DROP: Frosted lipstick

Yes, we tried it, but we've come to the conclusion that Mariah Carey is pretty much the only person who can really pull off a frosted lip look.

TRY: If you want a shiny look, just swipe a gloss over your lipstick. It's that simple.

DROP: Glitter roots

Some trends aren't worth the mess, so glittery roots can take a backseat with its particles-gone-rogue.

TRY: Anything but glitter! Touch up your roots, go for a different color or just let 'em grow out.

DROP: Coffin nails

According to Pinterest, coffin nails was a popular pinned trend. Not only is the name sort of creepy, the shape isn’t actually that healthy.

TRY: A shorter, "squoval" shape that will protect your nails against breakage, tears and scratching someone's eyes out.

DROP: Clip-in man buns

It is virtually impossible to make these hair extensions look real. And what an embarrassment would it be to have your clip-in man bun fall out in the middle of an intense make-out session?

TRY: Growing out your hair to achieve the real thing. Yeah, it may take longer, but it's certainly worth the wait. Or you can simply sport your hair as is, no matter the length.

DROP: Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge

This tragic and dangerous beauty trend that uses a shot glass to "instantly" plump up lips illustrates just how far young girls are willing to go to emulate what they see on TV.

TRY: Faking a fuller pout by slightly overdrawing your lip line with pencils or wearing a high-shine lip gloss to help create the illusion.

DROP: Purposefully clumpy eyelashes

Ouch! While the beauty editors and writers saw models painstakingly wearingmascara-clumped lashes backstage during New York Fashion Week Spring 2016, we could only imagine how many actual lashes they had left after removing the thick makeup.

TRY: Intensifying your natural lashes with falsies. Whether applying a full strip of fake eyelashes or adding on few individuals, this is a way better method.

DROP: Excessive contouring and highlighting

Unless you're a celebrity with your own glam squad or posing for a magazine editorial, leave this makeup technique to the pros. If there was ever a thing as toomuch makeup, this is it.

TRY: Soaking up some sun safely… and enhancing your natural glow with a goodbronzer.

Why it's OK to have cold feet about marrying the right person

My therapist tells me that if I’m anxious about several small things at the same time, it’s helpful to write them all down on a piece of paper in order to gain a sense of visual perspective. Once everything is in black and white, I can see what actually needs tackling (“IMMINENT DEADLINE!!!) and what is relatively insignificant in the cold light of day (“How would I cope if I had a puppy and it had diabetes?”)

In the run up to my wedding in October, I had quite a few minor anxieties. Most of these were about taxis, catering deposits and how to correctly insert wire into flower stems. But there was one major worry at the centre of my spider diagram. “WHAT IF I AM JILTED AT THE ALTAR????” it read, every extra question mark indicating an increase in the speed of my heartbeat.

My husband is the most reliable and communicative man I have ever had the good fortune to meet. I knew he wanted to marry me, because he’d asked me - and if he’d changed his mind, he’d definitely tell me before 120 friends and relatives showed up in their best Coast occasion-wear. But a wedding is a momentous event, and everyone involved is under a lot of practical and emotional pressure. In the lead up to the day, I wasn’t sure that I trusted my own feelings. Could I trust his?

Having been through it, I wasn’t surprised to read research fromOnePulse stating that 28 per cent of their five hundred respondents had “cold feet” before their wedding, and experienced some reservations about marriage. The majority of people surveyed were enjoying married life, with 33 per cent describing their marriage as ‘happy’ and 15 per cent as ‘amazing’.

Marriage is still legally hugely significant

No-one seemed to say say “it’s actually very similar to the way it was before, with the blissful advantage of not spending 98 per cent of our waking hours talking about seating plans.” However, 20 per cent described the marriage as “challenging”, and six per cent felt it was “strenuous”.

On one hand, I find a little apprehension to be reassuring. Marriage is something that we should take very seriously indeed, and not to be entered into unless you can hear your conscience whispering “are you definitely doing the right thing?” However, it’s all too easy to envisage the circumstances in which one is not sure at all, the pressure mounts, the list of potentially disappointed people grows and you feel obliged to say “I do” to save face.

"Calling off the wedding, losing a venue deposit and having to tell all the guests that it’s over would have been horrible - but nothing compared with the expense and heartache my divorce is causing me.”

Rachel

Therapist Katherine Robertson says: "Almost every client I’ve seen who is planning a wedding has been a little unsure. The ones with the most successful marriages are the ones who are nervous because of the sheer enormity of what they’re doing - and who are going in with a realistic set of hopes and expectations. If a client talks about the party planning or administration when I ask them about being married to their partner, it’s a worrying sign. If a client becomes horrified or defensive when I ask them how they’ll cope if things don’t work out further down the line, I’m also concerned.”

Katherine adds: “I believe that this is a good era for marriage. Overall, figures are declining, but this is because people are under less pressure from their families and we’re not under as much religious or social pressure either. So those who do it usually really want to. Marriage is still legally hugely significant, but you’re every bit as bound to someone if you have a child with them - or even buy a house with them.”

Rachel* is a 40 year old producer is currently going through a divorce. She told me: “I think it’s scary that marrying someone is legally easy, but divorcing them is very difficult. My ex had a range of commitment issues, and I think I knew that when we got together. My friends and family were quick to dismiss my worries as nerves - they were so caught up in the idea of this lovely romantic wedding that they talked me out of some very real concerns.”

She adds: “I know they did it with the best of intentions, but I do think that we all need to be more clear sighted, and less sentimental. Calling off the wedding, losing a venue deposit and having to tell all the guests that it’s over would have been horrible - but nothing compared with the expense and heartache my divorce is causing me.”

"If you’re having serious second thoughts but can’t bring yourself to tell your partner before the wedding, you’ll probably be expressing your doubts in court soon afterwards."

When I walked down the aisle and saw my husband waiting for me, all of my worries melted away. I knew that he is the love of my life, and I am his - and we could always be sure of each other. But I also knew that we were promising to do our best by each other, and there was - and is - a miniscule risk that some day, that might entail being apart.

Nora Ephron, my personal patron saint of relationships and love gone wrong, wrote: “Marriages come and go, but divorce is forever. Never marry a man you would not want to be divorced from.”

If you can accept the fact that what you’re doing feels completely right in the moment, but there’s a chance that will change over time, your cold feet will probably warm up by the time you’ve marched to the altar.

If you’re having serious second thoughts but can’t bring yourself to tell your partner before the wedding, you’ll probably be expressing your doubts in court soon afterwards.

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale admits the hit ABC show creates 'unrealistic' beauty standards for fans

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale wants to tell fans the truth: She's not a flawless as she looks on TV.

There's no doubt the 26-year-old is beautiful — she did land a starring role on a show with the word 'pretty' in the title after all, and she's also the face of Avon beauty brand, Mark - but the down-to-earth starlet wants to make it clear that she and her co-stars still face tough beauty battles like everybody else.

'The show is called Pretty Little Liars for a reason. It’s a beauty show — people come for the fashion, they come to see what we look like, and it's not always realistic, you know?' she said in a recent essay for Into The Gloss. '[But] It’s important for young girls to realize things like we have fake eyelashes on, some of us have extensions, we have good lighting.'

Lucy is clearly aware of the influence that she has on young people. Her ABC Family show is hugely popular with teenagers and women in their 20's, raking in millions of viewers a week and countless Teen Choice and People's Choice Awards.

She also seems to be concerned that she and her co-stars Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario, and Sasha Pieterse might make girls feel like they're not measuring up— since they don't realize all the work that goes into making them look so glamorous on film.

Healthy image: She fears that because the show, which returns January 12, isn't always realistic, it can make fans focus too much on looks and beauty

'Everything is about the physical appearance, and that can be unhealthy. We all obsess about how we look, it’s human nature, but it’s sort of toxic if you’re not careful,' she explained.

On the show, the women — who until the end of last season played high school students, but are mostly in their mid- to late-20's in real life — actually get a lot of help to project clear complexions, fluffy long lashes, and shiny, flowing hair.

'We are normal girls, we have zits, and it’s important that girls know that,' Lucy said. 'I work with very beautiful people, don’t get me wrong, but there are a lot of tricks of the trade.'

When it comes to her life off-screen, Lucy doesn't usually employ the same tricks that the pros do. In fact, her day-to-day beauty rituals aren't very different than those of most of her fans.

'My everyday routine is actually very low-key — it takes me 10 minutes to wake up and get out the door,' she said.

In the morning, Lucy washes face, puts on her favorite Clé de Peau concealer ($70) — a bit of a splurge, she'll admit — brushes on mascara, and finishes off with blush or bronzer from the Mark Touch & Glow Shimmer All Over Face Palette ($16).

She also typically swipes on lip balm, favoring Lucas’ Pawpaw Ointment ($9.99)— which she calls 'pretty legit'.

For special occasions, of course, she might switch it up, opting for more color for a little extra oomph. She said she likes wearing lipstick, and has recently traded in her go-to red hues for colors in the purple family, like maroon, burgundy, and plum.

When it comes to eyeshadow, she likes Mark Dream Sequins Shimmering Eyeshadow Palette ($28) — which is especially great for 'a beauty hoarder' like her because it keeps a lot of colors in one place.

Then, there are the basics, which involve ongoing care but make a huge difference. These days, Lucy said she's pretty proud of her brow game — but that wasn't always the case.

Last week, she shared an old photo of herself during her days on the reality singing competition American Juniors, pointing out that she had 'whack eyebrows' at the time.

Now she likes to do them herself and knows to take it easy on the tweezers, keeping them fairly thick and filling them in where she needs to with Diorshow Brow Styler Brow Pencil in Universal Brown ($29).

Finally, Lucy keeps her complexion in good shape by paying attention to the needs of her sensitive skin. She relies on Lancer Skincare, a line started Beyoncé's dermatologist, using his Nourish lotion ($125), Polish exfoliator ($75), and Cleanse face wash ($55).

Saying ‘I do’ to Yule wedding

Christmas easy to incorporate into ceremony, festivities

From red marzipan bows on the cake to holiday wreaths on tables, December brides and grooms have found many ways to incorporate Christmas into their weddings.

December nuptials remain a small minority — 2 percent of couples surveyed last year by the bridal site TheKnot.com — and not all are looking to take on the holiday in a big way, but embracing readily available festive decor makes it easy to incorporate the spirit of the season. And it saves money in the process.

“But couples should keep in mind that there may be competition for venues thanks to holiday parties,” said Lauren Kay, senior style editor for TheKnot.

Brighid Molway and David Burns planned to take photos in front of a huge Christmas tree inside the 900 North Michigan Shops when they tied the knot Saturday evening at a downtown Chicago hotel. Their DJ had a play list of holiday songs, including Elvis singing “Blue Christmas” and two versions of “White Christmas” by Bing Crosby and The Drifters.

Molway and Burns were planning their first dance as a married couple to Judy Garland singing “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Clips from “It’s a Wonderful Life” were going to roll on a screen as they danced, Molway said.

“That was my mom’s favorite Christmas movie and she is no longer with us, so we’re going to dedicate the dance to her,” Molway said. “We decided to get married around this time because it’s my favorite time of year. It’s also a time that screams family to me.”

For Suzanne McCullough’s Dec. 4 wedding five years ago, it started with her dress. She wanted velvet.

“We needed a time of the year when velvet would be appropriate so we decided on Christmas, which I think is the most romantic time of the year anyway,” said McCullough, of Burlington, N.J.

“We were married in a 300-year-old bed-and-breakfast that was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We served a hot wine punch with hors d’oeuvres and a croquembouche for dessert,” she said.

Their centerpieces were wreaths with frosted red berries tucked in and a mirror and a votive candle at the center. McCullough’s bouquet featured red and white flowers, and a flower girl wore a sparkly, Christmas red dress.

“The town’s Christmas parade was going on while we were being married,” she recalled.

Kellee Khalil, founder and chief executive of the wedding site Lover.ly, said incorporating holiday touches can span the wedding experience, Khalil said.

Try serving up some seasonal favorites, for instance, such as roast turkey or ham. Embrace modern mixology with cocktails like a peppermint bark martini or a bourbon-cranberry blizzard.

“If you’re not about those flavors, opt for more festive accoutrements like red and white or metallic-stripe straws and swizzle sticks with candy cane stirrers,” Khalil suggests.

Couples can orchestrate holiday decor without falling prey to a played-out color palette, she said.

“I love mixing metallics like gold, silver, bronze, rose gold, platinum and pearl into tablescapes.

“Or get a little bit more literal with mistletoe. Hang it at the altar or use it as the muse for your photo booth,” Khalil said.

For couples willing to go over the top, treat guests to a performance by carolers, she said. Maybe have Santa make an appearance for little guests. Set up a hot cocoa and cookie station with frosting to keep them occupied.

Wedding Photographer Upsets Brides

ATHENS, Ga. -

On that wedding 'to do' list is getting the right photographer. The one who can give you that memory you can look at over and over again. But, the Fox 5 I-Team learned of a photographer who's given brides a few memories they'd like to forget.

Joshua Rauh, who got married December 2014, said, "We liked his pictures on the website. We liked his use of color."

Mr. Rauh and his then-fiancee' picked Graceology Photography run by Chris and Heather Yellina to photograph their wedding.

"He told us that actually he had just had surgery, so he hadn't been able to work for a little while. So, he offered us to pay half his normal fee," he recalled.

$1,600. Done. They asked him to also do bridal portraits.

"He gave her pretty much the same deal, 'Just pay half and that'll be it'."

$250. Another thing checked off the wedding 'to do' list. But the hard part was yet to come - trying to get a Graceology photographer to show up.

A few weeks before the first photo session, the couple says they got an email from Chris Yellina, that he'd had "some surgery complications," but nothing about canceling their shoot.

photo

"My wife reached out to him about a week or so before the scheduled bridal session."

Then came another email. This time he'd been involved in "2 car crashes."

"He said, 'I've been in the hospital. I'm going to have my associate Victor do the bridal session', which was fine with us," Joshua said.

But, he says no one reached out. And no one at Graceology Photography was answering his calls, so he tried calling from a different phone.

"He picked up."

Joshua Rauh taped the conversation.

Photographer: Hello, it's Chris.

Groom: This is Joshua Rauh, Molly Shepherd's fiancé.

Photographer: Yes, how are you?

Groom: Just wondering if we are still on tomorrow?

Chris Yellina said, yes, his back-up would be there in his place because, well, he was sick again. Here's more of that taped conversation.

Photographer: I've actually been in the hospital all week with some heart symptoms.

The bridal party photos are stunning. No thanks to Graceology Photography. The fill-in failed to show. Fortunately, a sympathetic relative stepped in and took these shots.

That was it. The wedding was two weeks out. The couple decided to cancel their contract and asked for their money back. They hired new photographers Lamar Gee Photography and Kevin Voth, whom they were very happy with.

"He did eventually send an email out to my wife saying he would reach out to her to discuss everything that had happened. He never did," he said frustrated.

The couple sued. Chris and Heather's defense in court?

"Oh, he didn't show up in court," said Joshua.

The newly married couple got a default judgment last May for $2,376.50. They're still waiting for the money.

The Fox 5 I-Team went to the Yellina house and asked for Heather Yellina.

"She's not here. I'm the housekeeper," said the woman who answered the door.

Chris Yellina called us right after this. He admitted that was not a housekeeper but his wife.

He told me, this has been "the worst year of my life."

The wedding photographer claimed car accidents, a sick child, a knee replacement. Things, he says, that couldn't be helped.

Clients told the I-Team they are forgiving of personal problems but not of ignoring their calls, their texts and their emails; of sending strangers to shoot their wedding last minute; and of refusing to show up in court to explain what happened.

Chris Yellina of Graceology Photography said he has worked hard this year to pay back clients. He said he only owes Joshua Rauh and his wife money now.

"No that is not true. He still owes me money," said summer bride Nicole Nguyen.

Her complaint that Graceology owes her money added to the BBB's "F" rating. She hired Graceology to photograph her wedding, but another photographer showed up. She said the fill-in photographer, Evan Porter Martin, did a fine job, but he couldn't give her the photos. Graceology still owed him money.

"He said that Chris did not pay him the full amount of money."

She felt trapped. Pay an extra $500 to get her pictures or risk never seeing them again. She paid by taking that money from what was to be honeymoon spending cash.

Shaking her head Nicole said, "I don't think I will get my money back from Chris at all."

In a text Chris Yellina told the Fox 5 I-Team that he plans to pay her back. He told me - again - it's been a terrible personal year. He said he had to borrow money from family to pay people back. And, he has one more big, life hurdle to jump then he will return money to Nicole Nguyen and Joshua Rauh.

Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt Dress Up As Grinch Characters In Crazy Christmas Card

‘Tis the season for bizarre Christmas-themed photos! Case in point: Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag channeled The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who — from Dr. Seuss’ holiday favorite, ‘How The Grinch Stole Christmas’ — for their holiday card. ‘The Hills’ alums even commandeered their dogs for the photo shoot, which is definitely a holiday photo hall-of-famer!

Spencer Pratt, 32, may not be a grouch in real-life, but he sure nailed the part of the ornery, green-skinned Grinch in a new photo, in which his wife Heidi Montag, 29, dressed up as Whoville’s wide-eyed Cindy Lou Who — pigtails and all! And the couple’s dogs even have a starring role in the photo, in a nod to The Grinch’s tortured pooch, Max — though the pooches are missing strap-on antlers. Wait until you see this epic snap!

Super cute photos are an annual holiday tradition for Heidi and Spencer, who last year channeled Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, but we think the reality TV duo outdid themselves with this year’s photo, especially by enlisting their dogs and popping Santa hats on them. Adding to the yuletide vibe, is the couple’s decked-out Christmas tree in the background. Love it!

We can’t wait to see more Christmas photos from Heidi and Spencer, since unlike the Grinch, these two are filled with holiday spirit! They’ve been together now for years so we bet they’ve done several other Christmas cards! We just have to wonder what their former The Hills co-stars,Lauren Conrad and Brody Jenner think about this. We bet Lauren would never do something this creepy!

But the onslaught of celeb holiday cards hasn’t even begun. Kelly Clarkson kicked it off Dec. 9,releasing her Games of Thrones-themed card with her family, which was incredible … but we’re really looking forward to the Kardashians’ annual holiday photo spectacular! Will little Saint Westmake an appearance?! Fingers crossed!

do you think Heidi and Spencer’s photo is creepy or cute?
